We are looking for a Race Team Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our core team. The role will be responsible for taking care of expenses, invoicing, budget allocation, recharges, assisting with foreign VAT reclaims and any other tasks that will ensure that the accounts are running accurately and up to date.
On the admin side, the role will include occasional support to the race team coordinator.
The successful applicant would ideally have AAT qualification and experience in bookkeeping. They must be competent with IT skills and Xero accounting software.
Above all, they will be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and possess a flexible working attitude.
